“As an economist with a rich academic background from ISEG and an Executive Master's degree in Real Estate Management and Financing from ISCTE Business School, my journey has been both challenging and fulfilling. I further enriched my knowledge with an intensive executive course at Harvard Business School in 2022, a pivotal experience that broadened my perspective on global business strategies.

My professional path began in real estate in 1997, marking the start of a career filled with diverse leadership roles. At Colliers International, DTZ, and WORX Real Estate Consultants, I had the privilege of overseeing Valuation and Consulting Departments across Portugal, Spain, Angola, and Mozambique. These roles not only honed my expertise in valuation and consulting but also allowed me to lead teams in diverse geographical contexts, understanding the intricacies of each market.

Recently, I embarked on a new chapter, transitioning from my role as Managing Partner at AURA REE to become the CEO of Iniciativability and the CIO of Vida Capital Fund. These positions present new challenges and opportunities, enabling me to apply my expertise in real estate and investment in innovative and impactful ways.

In addition to my professional endeavours, I am deeply committed to contributing to the educational field as a distinguished guest lecturer at institutions such as ESAI, ISEG, Universidade Católica, and ISCTE Business School. Sharing my knowledge and experiences with the next generation of professionals is not only rewarding but also an avenue for continuous learning and personal growth.

My role as President of RICS Portugal and my recent nomination to the board of IVSC in 2023 are honours that reflect my dedication to advancing the global valuation landscape. These positions allow me to influence the industry, promoting standards and practices that enhance transparency and trust.

Being an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization further complements my professional life, offering a platform to engage with fellow entrepreneurs and share insights on overcoming challenges in the dynamic business world.
